• Knowledge of computer hardware construction and configuration
• Interest in new technologies and AI-based solutions
• Practical knowledge of MS Office suite

• Driving license category B

• Provide technical support to employees regarding computer hardware, office devices, software, and troubleshooting in Windows environment
• Monitor and handle support tickets, including emergency situations
• Order, install, and configure office, computer, and network equipment
• Manage systems such as access control, VOIP, and nVision
• Maintain mobile telephony
• Perform servicing and maintenance of printers and other office infrastructure devices
• Manage IT inventory and fixed assets
• Manage Google Workspace environment
• Onboard new employees to company systems and applications
• Create and block user accounts in systems according to approved requests and within authorized permissions
