Business analytics/ System analytics – einvoicing

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business-System Analyst
• Experience in projects related to e-invoicing (electronic invoice exchange or EDI)
• Ability to analyze business processes strongly dependent on legal regulations regarding e-invoicing, ViDA applicable in the European Union
• Experience in designing systems in microservice architecture and knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, REST API, queueing systems)
• Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Practical knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
• Ability to model processes and systems using BPMN and UML notations
• Language proficiency at minimum B2 level in Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Peppol standards

• Business and system analysis in the project of building a new system
• Collaboration in creating a solution for the e-invoicing process
• Designing integration between systems
• Modeling business processes and requirements
• Cooperation with the development team and stakeholders
• Working in an international environment
• Working on one main project
