Specjalista ds. systemu ERP (K/M)

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with the IFS system (version 9 or later).
• Knowledge of selected business and functional areas: CRM, projects, procurement, warehouse, documents.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL.
• Experience in project or implementation work.
• Ability to work with business requirements including analysis, documentation, and prioritization.
• Problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Independence in action and good communication with business.
• Teamwork skills.
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and written communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IFS reporting tools (Report Designer, IFS Business Reporter, Crystal Reports, Power BI).
• Experience in system integration (REST API, IFS Connect).
• Experience in project-driven industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.

• Maintain and develop the IFS Cloud system covering areas such as CRM, projects, procurement, and warehouse.
• Participate in implementation and development projects including needs analysis, scope definition, configuration, parameterization, testing, training, user support, and data migration.
• Act as a lead consultant by conducting presentations, workshops, and training for end users.
• Collect and prioritize business needs and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement system changes including new functions/modules, modifications, and customizations.
• Manage master data and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Create and update documentation including configurations, instructions, and operational procedures.
• Create and maintain dashboards, Lobby, and reports for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate on integration of IFS Cloud with other systems.
• Manage groups and permissions.
• Analyze and resolve system issues.
• Coordinate work and supervise cooperation with external IFS partners.
