• Higher education in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as IT/solution/integration architect or related role
• Ability to analyze business needs and propose adequate solutions
• Experience in TCO analysis, technical debt, and application/technology portfolio management
• Experience in evaluation and integration of enterprise-class systems (e.g., ERP/CRM/ECM/IAM/ESB)
• Very good knowledge of integrations: REST/SOAP, event-driven, ETL, and API-first approach
• Experience designing cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience in process automation and AI application assessment (from idea to implementation)
• Knowledge of compliance, IT security, and regulations including AI-related
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), business process modeling, and IT architecture using UML, BPMN, and EA standards/tools (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF)
• Ability to build roadmaps for application/data/infrastructure development
• Very good communication with technical and business stakeholders
• English proficiency for technical and business communication
• Proactivity and focus on seeking improvements

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ITIL/PRINCE2/Scrum or similar methodologies
• Experience with organizations with high regulatory requirements (e.g., telco/finance)
• Knowledge of change management and/or technology portfolio management

• Designing solution architecture (applications, integrations, data, infrastructure) focusing on performance, security, cost, and maintenance
• Evaluating and selecting applications (including commercial) for fit with current and target IT environments
• Designing integrations (API, asynchronous communication, ESB) and integration standards
• Participating in transformation and implementation projects (risk assessment, vendor selection, due diligence)
• Collaborating with corporate architect on standards and IT architecture roadmap
• Supporting project and implementation teams (consultations, solution reviews, mentoring)
• Creating and maintaining architectural documentation using Enterprise Architecture tools
• Managing technical debt and developing application and technology portfolio
• Analyzing business and regulatory changes and their impact on IT solutions
• Identifying new technological opportunities and recommending implementations
• Collaborating with suppliers, technology partners, and key stakeholders
