Wymagania

  • Minimum 4 years of German payroll experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-client payroll environment managing diverse payroll transactions.
  • Proven track record of delivering German payrolls adhering to strict service level agreements.
  • Competent with all German payroll complexities, including different terms, conditions, and treatment of elements.
  • Experience working with international clients, including FTSE and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with client contacts.
  • Fully compliant with all German legislation, statutory monthly and yearly requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Business English is essential; multilingual skills are desirable.
  • Experience with DATEV software is desirable; full training will be provided.

Obowiązki

  • Own and deliver German payrolls for a range of international businesses.
  • Deliver accurate and compliant German payroll processing for assigned clients and payrolls.
  • Coordinate client requirements and manage the payroll process.
  • Manage and deliver client payrolls against agreed schedules.
  • Communicate directly with clients to meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Escalate issues within client and iiPAY to meet service level agreements.
  • Improve systems, processes, and payroll delivery environment to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Manage and maintain clear and informative communications with clients, partners, implementation team, and client account managers.
  • Be the primary operations contact point for the German team, maintaining detailed knowledge of statutory processes and legislative deadlines.
  • Work closely with the implementations team to onboard new payrolls and clients.
  • Own or contribute to company projects such as improving or changing systems, processes, or functions.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations, seeking help and advice as needed.
  • Work with payroll provider management to enhance processes and outcomes for the partner network.
