• Minimum 3 years of experience in business and system analysis
• Ability to analyze applications and systems and recommend solutions
• Knowledge of knowledge discovery and acquisition methods and ability to select them appropriately
• Experience with CASE tools (e.g., Sparx EA, Draw.io, Adonis)
• Ability to model business processes using BPMN
• Ability to model domains and data objects using UML
• Knowledge of basic system integration (ETL, API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and present complex issues clearly
• Analytical thinking, curiosity, and independence

Nice to have:

• Experience in digitizing processes in areas such as CRM/sales/contract acquisition, contract execution (design/purchasing/logistics/warehouse/prefabrication), or support functions (HR/finance/accounting/legal/health and safety/compliance/fleet)
• Experience with BPM/Workflow, ERP, HCM systems (e.g., Webcon BPS, IFS, eNova Kadry i Płace)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Identify, analyze, and refine business needs and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems
• Model business processes (BPMN) and data structures (UML) ensuring consistency with IT solutions
• Analyze processes to identify areas for optimization and automation
• Define and analyze integrations and data exchange interfaces between systems
• Prepare analytical and project documentation including test scenarios, training materials, and instructions
• Support the development of contracts and agreements with IT service providers
• Coordinate non-project changes (maintenance/development) in the assigned area
• Collaborate continuously with business users, architects, IT teams, and suppliers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
