Szczecińskie Centrum Świadczeń is a public sector organization located in Szczecin, Poland, offering IT system administration and technical support services.

Niezbędne wymagania:

• Polish citizenship
• Higher or secondary education (with at least three years of work experience for secondary education)
• Full technical support and maintenance of network units (workstations)
• Knowledge of PC architecture, MS Windows 10-11, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Debian), and office software
• Knowledge of managing, monitoring, and supervising LAN and WAN infrastructure
• Experience administering MS Windows Server environment
• English language proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation
• IT knowledge and computer operation skills
• Ability to configure network devices and perform hardware repairs
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, FTP
• Knowledge of laws and regulations on personal data protection and IT in public entities
• Full legal capacity and public rights
• No criminal record for intentional crimes prosecuted publicly or tax crimes
• Good reputation

Wymagania dodatkowe:

• Vocational education in IT
• Experience as an IT specialist
• Valid category B driving license
• Knowledge of webmaster tools and Linux administration experience
• Skills in installation, management, and operation of CMS systems
• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL databases
• Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, handle stress, work independently and in a team, analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases MS SQL, ORACLE
• Personal traits: systematic, precise, communicative, responsible, diligent, creative, high personal culture, willingness for continuous learning

• Maintain continuous operation of IT systems at Szczecińskie Centrum Świadczeń
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform minor hardware repairs
• Handle support requests, analyze and resolve IT system problems
• Provide IT support to employees of Szczecińskie Centrum Świadczeń
• Analyze needs and implement new solutions to improve employee work
• Administer Active Directory environment on Windows 2019 Server
• Organize and supervise external service repairs
• Ensure antivirus protection and secure access to IT resources
• Oversee software license compliance and updates
• Ensure security of IT systems and networks
• Protect data according to the Personal Data Protection Act
