Automation Engineer

• 3–8 years of experience in automation (Ansible + Jenkins / CI/CD)
• Good scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar
• Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Independence and teamwork skills
• Communicative English for international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise/vendor software systems
• Knowledge of tools and environments: IBM SFG, SSP, SEAS, Control-M, mainframe (z/OS)
• Experience in financial environment (compliance, risk)

• Automate manual processes primarily using Ansible and CI/CD
• Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and product teams
• Design and implement stable and efficient automation
• Automate tests to ensure solutions function as needed
• Monitor and optimize processes
• Manage security aspects including secrets management, permissions, and vulnerabilities
• Improve the software change deployment process
