IT Project Manager

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management (software development and/or service delivery)
• Valid project management certification (one of: PMP, PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, ACP)
• Strong experience managing complex, multi-team IT projects
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with SLA/KPI monitoring and reporting
• Experience with service management and continuous improvement practices
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments
• Strong vendor management and governance experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
• English at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience working with EU institutions or large public-sector projects
• Familiarity with PM² methodology
• Experience in enterprise environments with strict governance models
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Monitor and report project performance (SLA / KPI)
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
• Manage service lifecycle and delivery processes
• Support governance and escalation processes
• Collaborate with technical teams across cloud, security, and infrastructure domains
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog alignment with Product Owner
