Project Specialist

To establish Bayer Digital Hub position as innovation generator and leading employer across EU Region by development of impactful promotional strategy, effective internal and external communication, accurate and efficient activation across relevant channels as well as internal and external target groups. Continuously strengthen brand awareness and recognition, to establish leading position, serving as industry benchmark.

• 5+ years’ experience in administration and simplification of processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English (verbal and written)

• Understanding of IT terminology/topics, Digital savvy
• Experience in working in a matrix organization would be a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams etc.

• Management of internal and external events and 3rd party agreements / engagements. Collaboration with event Management organization
• Purchase order / invoice management and accounts setup in financial systems
• Simplification and excellence of existing processes
• Coordinates with global users and business stakeholders for end user testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Marketing and promo activities (incl. traditional and Social Media channels) - Social Media calendar management and collaboration with external marketing agency
• Content collection from IT employees for enhanced engagement and market presence
• Rollout of the global solutions and introduction of innovative programs. Contributes to creation and analysis of metrics / OKRs that measure the user experience of the solution including satisfaction, adoption, engagement, and task success ultimately delivering value to the customer.
• Ad hoc support for DHub management (including projects)
• Creation of reports and presentations
