• Hands-on experience operating production workloads on Kubernetes, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Experience with Cloud-Native Applications (CNFs) and Kubernetes Operators in real-world environments.
• Strong experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of platform security practices including RBAC, TLS, secrets management, and vulnerability handling.
• Practical experience with secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault and integration into platform workflows.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to building, running, and improving systems end-to-end.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Flux.
• Familiarity with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Experience working in telco or large-scale distributed environments.
• Scripting or coding skills in Bash, Python, or Go.

• Deploy, operate, and continuously improve automation framework components on CaaS with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cloud-Native Applications (CNFs) and Kubernetes Operators.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery.
• Work closely with development and platform teams to deploy and manage scalable, secure CNFs.
• Implement and enforce best practices including RBAC, least privilege, TLS, image hygiene, vulnerability remediation, and secrets management.
• Manage secrets end-to-end using tools like HashiCorp Vault and integrate with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform health and performance.
• Handle incidents and changes, and lead root-cause analysis to improve system resilience.
