• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a track record of successful solution design.
• Strong front‑end development experience, ideally with ReactJS (Angular is a plus).
• Solid back‑end expertise with .NET 4.8, .NET Core, and message queue systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with AzureDB and MSSQL; Java and knowledge of configuration engines (e.g., Configit ACE) is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of clean code principles and modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an inclusive, collaborative team environment.

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust software solutions using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies, including highly available messaging queue systems.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our development practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Promote high code quality through clean code principles, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Develop and maintain applications leveraging ReactJS on the front‑end and .NET 4.8 / .NET Core on the back‑end.
• Work with AzureDB and MSSQL to build and optimize database solutions.
• Contribute to our DevOps strategy by working with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Google Cloud, and tools such as Rancher or Sentry to enhance deployment and monitoring processes.
