• Experience as a Telco System Engineer / Designer and as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in Core Network domains.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of 4G signalling: Diameter (DRA, DEA, SFW).
• Knowledge of 5G signalling: HTTP/2 (SEPP, SCP, SFW).
• Knowledge of VNF/CNF, Kubernetes platforms, encryption, interworking, automation, and integrations.
• Broad overview of mobile core network architecture.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and international support.

• Vendors management: organizing and leading technical meetings, tracking open issues, negotiating technical aspects like new features, finding solutions for discovered issues, designing new deployments.
• Participating in working groups: e2e design WG, cLab design WG, 5G roaming design WG, migration from legacy VNF to CNF.
• Technical leading of signalling projects in international Lab environment: 5G SEPP (including integration with 5G core, testing tools), DRA in CNF design and deployment.
• Close cooperation and support to NatCo in signalling technology (4G and 5G).
• Providing group-level solutions to NatCos in testing and platform automation focusing on Kubernetes.
