• 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects
• 3 years of experience in people management (including performance reviews, development plans, recruitment, etc.)
• Good understanding of principles and processes related to software development
• Very good knowledge of English

• Managing international agile and waterfall software development projects
• Leading a team and supporting subordinates in their development
• Collaborating with department managers, participating in recruitment, shaping processes and areas, as well as being responsible for selected ones
