Data Privacy Analyst

• 3–5 years of relevant data privacy experience.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Nice to have:

• Degree‑level education.
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT).
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools.

• Conducting Privacy and AI Impact Assessments (OneTrust), including LIAs and TIAs.
• Ensuring compliance with global privacy and AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA).
• Supporting business teams in completing Privacy Assessments and resolving privacy‑related queries.
• Maintaining and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), including data mapping and quality improvements.
• Delivering privacy expertise, awareness, and training.
• Supporting global privacy program implementation and daily privacy operations.
• Assisting with Incident Response and Data Subject Access Requests.
• Conducting research on global data protection topics and supporting continuous process improvement.
• Performing additional privacy‑related tasks as needed.
