Junior Contract Management Specialist (with German)

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Finance, Law preferred).
• German at Grade B2 or higher, English at Grade B2.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Initial knowledge or experience in contract administration is an asset.
• Basic understanding of contract management principles and legal terminology.
• Previous experience in customer service, service delivery, contract administration, or a related field is considered an asset.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing standard contracts, amendments, and related documentation under supervision.
• Maintain and update contract databases, track issues, and support preparation of internal reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required documentation, approvals, and follow up on resolutions.
• Provide administrative support, participate in team meetings, and support process improvement initiatives.
