Senior/Lead Backend Engineer (Remote)

Fuse Energy is a renewable energy startup focused on delivering a terawatt of renewable energy quickly. The company develops solar, wind, and hydrogen projects, real-time power trading, and distributed energy installations. Fuse Energy is building a decentralized Energy Network platform that rewards users for electrifying homes and balancing the grid, supporting grid stability for energy-intensive industries.

• Demonstrable excellence as a Software Engineer
• Ideally 2+ years experience
• Proven ability to define and build complex systems
• Hands-on experience shipping highly-available production systems
• Clear communication
