Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Reporting & Data Mapping)

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting for ADNIC under a Third Party Administrator (TPA) model, converting high-level reporting requirements into clear, structured specifications for the BI team. The role is within the finance industry and involves working in a multi-stakeholder, multi-system TPA context.

• 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience specifying enterprise reporting solutions end-to-end.
• Strong source-to-target data mapping capability at field level.
• Experience translating high-level business reporting requirements into detailed, implementable specifications.
• Experience defining calculation logic, aggregations and business rules.
• Experience writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing and refining backlog in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working across Product Owner, Architecture and BI / reporting teams.
• Experience identifying data gaps and inconsistencies early in delivery.
• Clear communication and structured documentation skills.
