Wymagania

  • Experience in customer service
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Ability to conduct professional and factual communication
  • Experience working with various communication channels (phone, email, chat, video)
  • Good work organization and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Responsibility for timely completion of assigned tasks

  • Independence, accuracy, and commitment in performing tasks

Obowiązki

  • Collaborate with the HR team regarding communication with Polish and Native Speaker tutors, including recruitment and onboarding stages
  • Ensure consistency, effectiveness, and timeliness of communication with tutors
  • Manage various communication channels: chat, telephone, video, email, Telegram
  • Analyze indicators and recommend improvements
  • Handle processes related to cooperation with tutors according to the Client's guidelines
