Wymagania
- Experience in customer service
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Ability to conduct professional and factual communication
- Experience working with various communication channels (phone, email, chat, video)
- Good work organization and ability to prioritize tasks
- Responsibility for timely completion of assigned tasks
- Ability to analyze current activities and propose improvements
- Willingness to work according to established procedures and standards
- Independence, accuracy, and commitment in performing tasks
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with the HR team regarding communication with Polish and Native Speaker tutors, including recruitment and onboarding stages
- Ensure consistency, effectiveness, and timeliness of communication with tutors
- Manage various communication channels: chat, telephone, video, email, Telegram
- Analyze indicators and recommend improvements
- Handle processes related to cooperation with tutors according to the Client's guidelines
