The client is one of the largest non-food retailers in Europe with a strong market position and dynamic expansion. The role supports the POS system migration program across multiple international markets.
Wymagania
- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and independently monitor their progress
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Experience in administrative, operational roles or PMO area
- Good command of English
- Proficient use of Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Nice to have: experience in retail industry or IT projects
Obowiązki
- Preparing summaries, reports, and status updates
- Maintaining an organized structure for storing documents, procedures, and checklists
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, monitoring task completion, and managing program documentation
- Supporting the organization of training for employees across various markets
- Managing administrative processes (approvals, order forms, document circulation)
- Coordinating communication between project streams (IT, Operations, Purchasing, Legal, Finance)
- Supporting budget management processes
Oferta
- Hourly rate: 80-100 PLN + VAT on B2B contract via Devire
- Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the office in Poznań
