Play of Battle S.A. is a game studio developing a modern Grand Strategy/RTS title, which recently launched its first public demo with over 80,000 players and significant engagement on Steam and social media.


Wymagania

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or social media, ideally in gamedev, entertainment, or tech.
  • Experience running social channels, communities, or multichannel campaigns.
  • Understanding of gaming culture and online community dynamics.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience promoting or launching a PC or console game.
  • Familiarity with the Steam ecosystem and analytics platforms such as Discord insights and social media dashboards.
  • Experience moderating or growing large Discord communities.
  • Understanding of influencer workflows and paid media.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Obowiązki

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
  • Plan and manage campaigns on Steam, social media, influencers, and partnerships.
  • Track performance KPIs such as wishlists, CTR, engagement, and conversions, and optimize campaigns.
  • Moderate and grow Discord server and social media channels including X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube Community.
  • Create and publish posts, patch notes, announcements, devlogs, and short-form content aligned with the studio’s tone and brand.
  • Prepare simple 2D graphics for social media such as memes, banners, thumbnails, and infographics.
  • Engage with the community by answering questions, collecting feedback, and surfacing issues.
  • Brief, produce, and review marketing assets including trailers, key art, and store graphics.
  • Coordinate PR activities, press outreach, external communication, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate with art and production teams to align campaign beats with development milestones.
  • Coordinate merchandise production and communication with suppliers.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and data insights for leadership and investors.
