• Higher technical education
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in a managerial IT position
• Established expert knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Practical knowledge of security tools, AI-based solutions, and server tools
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level enabling smooth communication

• Comprehensive supervision of the entire company's IT infrastructure
• Cost optimization through negotiation of prices and purchase of licenses and IT equipment, including for project needs
• Managing company security and implementing tools for the security framework
• Actively seeking innovations and implementing modern AI tools
• Close cooperation with management and direct reporting to the company's Board
