• Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/ Administration/ Support)
• Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred)

• Monitoring and maintaining Siebel CRM environments
• Incident analysis, diagnosing and resolving issues
• Handling Change Management processes and supporting deployments
