Wymagania

  • Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and independently monitor their completion
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in administrative, operational roles or in the PMO area
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Proficient use of Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Nice to have: experience in the retail industry or IT projects

Obowiązki

  • Preparing summaries, reports, and status updates
  • Maintaining an organized structure for storing documents, procedures, and checklists
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, monitoring task completion, and managing program documentation
  • Supporting the organization of training for employees in various markets
  • Managing administrative processes (approvals, order forms, document circulation)
  • Coordinating communication between project streams (IT, Operations, Purchasing, Legal Department, Finance)
  • Supporting budget management processes

Oferta

  • Rate: 80-100 PLN + VAT per hour on B2B via Devire
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the office in Poznań
