Viva Engage Solution Architect (Microsoft 365)

The role is for a client project involving the design and launch of a new managed service based on Microsoft Viva Engage, extending existing services in Power Platform and SharePoint.

• Experience as a Solution Architect in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Very good knowledge of collaboration tools architecture within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience in governance and IT service management
• Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
• Experience in designing and implementing operating models (service design)
• Understanding of adoption issues and change management

• Design and develop the Viva Engage service from the conceptual phase to the target operating model
• Define the scope of services, activities, and prepare their descriptions
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Prepare effort and cost estimations
• Design integration of Viva Engage with existing governance and provisioning models
• Co-create the service offering, including packaging and pricing models
• Support building a repeatable and scalable operating model for enterprise clients
