• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow projects (architecture, analysis, delivery). • Experience in solution design and working at the business-IT interface. • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. • Knowledge of ServiceNow processes and their optimization. • Experience working in an Agile environment. • Knowledge of system integrations and data flows. • Experience in testing (planning, creating test cases, execution). • Very good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders. • Very good command of English.

• Analyze business requirements and transform them into functional and technical solutions in ServiceNow. • Design and optimize processes and ensure architectural consistency of the platform. • Monitor project execution (scope, quality, schedule) and support delivery teams. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams in an Agile model. • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation. • Design and execute tests (test plans, test cases, execution). • Oversee integrations, data flows, and dependencies between systems. • Conduct Incident Rounds meetings and support problem resolution. • Analyze project KPIs and optimize service quality. • Use automation and AI tools to improve processes.
