ServiceNow Architect (ITOM / SAM)

The role is for a Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture & Software Asset Management Expert in a large international organization, focusing on developing and optimizing technology architecture and IT cost management using the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience working with the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture module.
• Practical experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience in large, complex organizational environments.
• Knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, and IT architecture management processes.
• Ability to analyze IT costs and optimize expenditures.
• Independence and ability to work remotely.
• Very good communication skills and cooperation with business.

• Implementing and developing the Enterprise Architecture module in ServiceNow.
• Developing and integrating the Software Asset Management (SAM) area to increase cost control and compliance.
• Designing and maintaining Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) and Technology Reference Models (TRM).
• Collaborating with ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery teams to ensure data consistency.
• Identifying and executing software cost optimization initiatives.
• Supporting TCO analyses and IT cost allocation using data from ServiceNow.
• Advising on technology standards and IT investment decisions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders at the architecture, IT, and finance levels.
