Future AI / Data Science / Machine Learning Opportunities

Their projects combine data engineering, cloud, and software development, including systems that generate data such as IoT and digital platforms. The company values strong engineering skills, autonomy, and collaboration, maintaining a flat structure and small teams with significant responsibility at the engineer level.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or similar roles
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, NLP, time series)
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale model training and deployment
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex models and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Nice to have:

• German speaking and writing skills on B2+ level
• Experience with Databricks
