Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master

• Has experience as an Agile PM / Scrum Master in an IT environment (enterprise / e-commerce experience is a plus)
• Can effectively manage more than one project simultaneously
• Is proactive, communicative, and comfortable working with people
• Brings energy to their work and naturally builds relationships with both the team and the business
• Understands Agile as an adaptive approach and can tailor it to the context
• Feels comfortable working with technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce or CMS projects
• Technical background (understanding of architecture, integrations, CI/CD)
• Experience working in regulated environments or large organizations

• Leading two projects end-to-end (scope, timeline, budget, risks)
• Facilitating the team’s work in Scrum (ceremonies, backlog, improvements)
• Actively removing impediments and supporting the team in their daily work
• Managing dependencies across projects and stakeholders
• Building transparency and predictability of delivery
• Implementing and evolving Agile practices tailored to the project reality (not “by the book”)
