AI Solution Architect

Addepto is a leading AI consulting and data engineering company that builds scalable, ROI-focused AI solutions for large enterprises and startups, including clients like Rolls Royce, Continental, Porsche, ABB, and WGU. The company focuses exclusively on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, developing products such as ContextClue and contributing open-source solutions to the AI community. Addepto is part of KMS Technology, a US-based global technology group, combining AI specialization with enterprise-scale delivery capabilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Several years of proven experience working with AI applications and modern AI technologies (e.g. ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI)
• Experience with major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with AI cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, SAP AI)
• Strong understanding of AI architecture design and implementation
• Experience with MLOps and production deployment of AI systems
• Experience in industrial environments (e.g. predictive maintenance) is a plus
• Experience with AI agents and workflow automation is an advantage
• Experience building or contributing to AI Centers of Excellence or AI programs is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel (initial onboarding period and occasional workshops)

• Act as a go-to expert for AI-related topics across client engagements
• Lead the design of end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model training environments, integrations, and MLOps strategies
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and models
• Support decision-making processes for make vs. buy AI solutions
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security standards, ethical guidelines, and enterprise reliability requirements
• Support product management and innovation teams in identifying AI use cases that deliver real business value
• Contribute to the creation of AI strategy and roadmaps, including ideation workshops, AI hackathons, and architecture discussions
• Provide technical leadership in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to bring AI solutions into production
• Monitor and improve AI systems using performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization techniques
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their impact on business transformation
• Drive knowledge sharing and AI adoption across the organization
