Wymagania
- 1–3 years of experience in support, cloud, or sysadmin roles
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure (GCP is a plus)
- Basic networking understanding including DNS, routing, and firewalls
- Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- FinOps or governance exposure
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Basics of Infrastructure as Code
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Obowiązki
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud support tickets
- Manage ticket lifecycle and meet SLA targets
- Perform daily operations (access, monitoring, tagging, basic networking)
- Support GitHub administration and IAM processes
- Assist with cost analysis (FinOps) and documentation improvements
