Wymagania

  • 1–3 years of experience in support, cloud, or sysadmin roles
  • Knowledge of AWS or Azure (GCP is a plus)
  • Basic networking understanding including DNS, routing, and firewalls

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

  • FinOps or governance exposure
  • Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Basics of Infrastructure as Code
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Obowiązki

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud support tickets
  • Manage ticket lifecycle and meet SLA targets
  • Perform daily operations (access, monitoring, tagging, basic networking)
  • Support GitHub administration and IAM processes
  • Assist with cost analysis (FinOps) and documentation improvements
