React Developer

You will be a key driver in a mission-critical project for a US customer, focused on refactoring an existing Proof of Concept (POC) for ambient listening—the AgentVoice codebase—into a robust series of microservices that transcribe doctor-patient encounters, transform transcriptions into structured clinical notes, and generate actionable insights to reduce administrative burden on physicians.

• Advanced knowledge of React 18+ including Hooks, Context API, Suspense, and TypeScript.
• Experience with NextJS or React Router Framework.
• Proficiency in state management libraries such as Zustand, TanStack Query (React Query), or Redux Toolkit.
• Skills in Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn/UI.
• Experience with real-time data technologies such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE).
• Hands-on experience with AI models Claude 3.5/4 (Anthropic) and OpenAI.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills including system prompting, few-shot learning, and JSON mode output structuring.
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for microservices deployment and scaling.
• Comfortable working hours overlapping with US Eastern Time zone, including late afternoon and evening availability.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitLab CI for automated testing and deployment.
• Knowledge of Prometheus or Grafana for monitoring AI system performance.

React & Frontend Excellence:

• Use advanced React 18+ features including Hooks, Context API, Suspense, and TypeScript.

• Manage complex, real-time data streams using Zustand, TanStack Query (React Query), or Redux Toolkit.
• Build clean, efficient clinical dashboards using Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as Shadcn/UI.
• Implement real-time data display using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE).

AI Tooling:

• Work hands-on with Claude 3.5/4 (Anthropic) and OpenAI models.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering skills including system prompting, few-shot learning, and output structuring (JSON mode/Function calling).

Infrastructure & DevOps:

• Operate in multi-cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Deploy and scale microservices using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
• (Nice to have) Use GitLab CI for automated testing and deployment.
• (Nice to have) Monitor AI system performance with Prometheus or Grafana.

Working Hours & Collaboration:

• Align work hours significantly with the US Eastern Time zone (-6 hours from Poland).
• Be available during later hours (e.g., 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM CET) for real-time collaboration and stand-ups with the US engineering team.
• Maintain flexibility to ensure project synchronization and commercial success.

This role requires significant daily overlap with the US Eastern Time zone and availability during late afternoon and evening hours in Poland to facilitate real-time collaboration.
