Associate Data Scientist

ADP is a global leader in HR technology, offering AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions. The role is part of the Data Scientist Development Program, aimed at graduates to develop skills and be placed as Associate Data Scientists.

• Graduates only.
• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Technical skills: fluency in Python (including pandas, sklearn), proficiency in SQL with query writing and optimization, strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data science methods.

• Formulate analytical problems, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, summarize findings, and develop visual representations with actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement data products, machine learning models, and systems to optimize the HCM system user experience.
• Continuously seek new ways to leverage ADP data for new products, services, and insights.
• Write clean code and documentation, define best practices for high-performing, adaptive AI models and systems.
