• Serve as an IT Business partner and focal point, proposing solutions that meet all business requirements across sites.
• Act as IM consultant to determine best/fitting IM services for specific needs.
• Oversee IM operations and cost efficiency at local level.
• Handle exception cases of local ICT equipment (PCs, telecom, printers, projectors, telepresence, servers, server rooms, etc.).
• Manage local IT projects/changes, pushing IM matters from beginning to end with central teams and local providers.
• Serve as escalation contact for unsolved or long-taking helpdesk tickets.
• Assure that Service Level Agreements (internal & external) are met.
• Check cost efficiency of ICT spending and escalate exceeding costs to the manager.
• Act as first point of contact for the WIT management team for IT-related inquiries and complaints.
• Continuously monitor and document performance, quality, and cost efficiency of delivered IM services to own manager and local MT.
• Handle and support local IM related systems, infrastructure, and contracts.
