Project Manager

Arval Service Lease offers a project management role within international structures of the BNP Paribas Group, focusing on transformation projects in a financial or insurance services environment.

• Over 5 years of project management experience in an international environment, preferably within financial or insurance services.
• Experience in delivery of projects involving process change management, efficiency improvement, software implementation, and quality management.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership and communication skills to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder engagement and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with persistence in overcoming obstacles.
• Understanding of governance principles and risk management.
• Proactive and ownership mindset to identify risks, suggest solutions, take actions, communicate, and follow through to resolution.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and translate technical information for non-technical users.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.

Project Management & Delivery:

• Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee project documentation and reporting.

Stakeholder Management:

• Identify key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, facilitate workshops and status meetings.
• Present progress reports and executive summaries.
• Foster strong working relationships locally and internationally.

Governance & Compliance:

• Apply ACCW guidelines, ensuring all projects comply with governance frameworks and standards.

Risk and Change Management:

• Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues promptly.
• Drive adoption of new processes and systems through effective communication and training.

Systems & Tools Coordination:

• Serve as the local point of contact for global owners of corporate tools (PRC, KAT, JSM).
• Ensure integration, correct usage, and continuous improvement of these tools within ACCW.

Process Improvement & Transformation Delivery:

• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and promote continuous improvement and best practices.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work collaboratively with internal departments and international teams.
• Share knowledge and seek feedback to drive effective project delivery.
