Senior Technology Portfolio Manager

As a Strategic Portfolio Partner, you will play a key role in aligning our business objectives with technical execution. You will support Business Unit Owners by managing the Advertising Control Tower, ensuring clarity and transparency across our strategic roadmap. Your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives and foster a data-informed culture within the Advertising area.

• Solid understanding of the Advertising industry, including business models and the general technology landscape (AdTech).
• Experience in Strategic Portfolio Management and comfortable prioritizing initiatives based on value, ROI, and available capacity.
• Enjoy aligning diverse perspectives, particularly in translating business needs into technical roadmaps and vice versa.
• Use data to identify risks and support informed decision-making regarding resource allocation.
• Value clear, transparent communication and enjoy building relationships with senior stakeholders to drive collective success.

• Act as a dedicated partner to BU Owners, facilitating reporting cycles to maintain a consistent "single source of truth" for senior leadership.
• Maintain a clear overview of the project portfolio, translating data into meaningful narratives that explain project status, progress, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with teams to identify potential bottlenecks or resource gaps, supporting conscious reprioritization and proactive problem-solving.
• Prepare and deliver clear, fact-based updates for Director-level stakeholders, focusing on achievements, learning points, and future steps.
• Monitor market trends to introduce supportive tools and automated dashboards, aiming to enhance team efficiency and reduce manual data processing.
• Facilitate Business-Tech Sync meetings to ensure that commercial goals (e.g., revenue targets) are harmoniously aligned with technical and operational possibilities.
