Data Analyst (Commercial Analytics)

Allegro is involved in business initiatives related to ReCommerce/circular economy and the development of the Allegro Business platform.

• Ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Natural inclination towards automation and process simplification.
• Ability to communicate analysis results and recommendations clearly and intuitively.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel/GoogleSheet.
• Ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical personnel (data engineers, product managers, developers).
• Ability to visualize data using tools such as Looker, LookerStudio, and/or Tableau.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI tools in the context of analytics work.
• Knowledge of statistical methods in business problem-solving (including metric forecasting).
• Knowledge of ETL tools (Airflow).

• Support the creation of business strategy within Allegro's business areas, ReCommerce/circular economy, and/or Allegro Business platform development.
• Analyze large data sets to find patterns and dependencies impacting key company areas.
• Create a reliable and stable reporting model for the area under your care.
• Contribute to the development of the semantic data layer across Allegro.
• Co-develop self-service tools for stakeholders.
• Show how user behaviors shape and change and their impact on financial and business KPIs.
• Participate in creating business solutions and provide recommendations to shape Allegro.
