2Nd Line Application Support Engineer With Redhat (Mid/Senior)

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work with Linux CLI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Willingness to obtain ABW security clearance (level 2).
• Willingness to perform on-call duties in a 24/7 mode.

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating automation scripts (Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Experience in administration of applications based on WebLogic.
• Experience working with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket tools.

• Providing second line support for business-critical applications running in Red Hat Linux environments.
• Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving incidents to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
• Supporting application deployments, configurations, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborating with first line support teams, infrastructure, and software development teams to maintain a stable and secure environment.
• Identifying root causes of problems and proposing long-term solutions and improvements.
• Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation regarding incidents, procedures, and configurations.

• Willingness to obtain ABW security clearance (level 2).
• Willingness to perform on-call duties 24/7.
