We are seeking a certified Workday Consultant specializing in Compensation and Advanced Compensation to join our team. The person in this role will leverage their expertise to support and optimize our compensation management processes within the Workday environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of our human capital management solutions.

• Certification in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday Compensation modules.
• Strong understanding of compensation management principles and payroll integration.

• Implement and configure Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules according to business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation processes with broader HR and payroll systems.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate compensation data management.
• Support training and knowledge transfer activities related to Workday Compensation functionalities.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases, features, and best practices in compensation management.
