Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar web, CMS, or digital role.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, required for leading meetings and creating or editing documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-border, international environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Amplience, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including identifying issues and escalating when needed.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Good understanding of website architecture, web technologies, and best practices related to performance and security.
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Obowiązki

  • Manage and update website and app content using CMS (text, images, multimedia, documents).
  • Configure and maintain CMS components, templates, modules, and page layouts in line with UX and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure SEO best practices within CMS (metadata, URLs, structured content) to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor website performance and analytics; optimize content and structure accordingly.
  • Ensure website quality, consistency, accessibility, security, and frontend integrity.
  • Troubleshoot CMS and frontend configuration issues (broken components, layout or content inconsistencies).
  • Optimize and standardize publishing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, SEO, IT, and Design teams to support digital initiatives.
  • Support testing and UAT activities to ensure correct implementation before release.
