D365FO X++ Developer

We are a joint venture between OBI and Reply Group, responsible for co-designing, building and operating mission-critical digital platforms for commerce, customer service, and omnichannel retail.

• Several years of professional experience as a D365FO Developer with in-depth knowledge of X++
• Strong understanding of D365FO architecture and data model
• Proficiency in SQL with experience optimizing database performance
• Experience with Azure DevOps and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with data integration and migration using DMF and related technologies
• Strong quality awareness, including testing, documentation, and adherence to coding standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile, international setup
• Calm, structured, and solution-oriented mindset – you take ownership even in complex environments
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Candidates with relevant Microsoft AX development experience are also welcome

Nice to have:

• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Experience with Azure platform integrations
• Industry knowledge in retail or logistics
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365FO certifications
• Experience in multi-country or global implementations

• Design, develop, and extend D365FO modules using X++
• Work with tables, classes, forms, reports (SSRS/Electronic Reporting), and data entities
• Customize standard functionalities and implement new features in alignment with business requirements
• Use Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate in the D365FO Development Environment (Visual Studio, Application Explorer)
• Integrate D365FO with external systems using Data Entities, OData, Webservices, Logic Apps
• Work with the Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration and integration
• Collaborate in an agile environment with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards) for CI/CD
• Ensure quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Actively contribute to product design and solution discussions with product owners and analysts
