IT service specialist

• Education in Information Technology and/or minimum 3 years’ experience in IT user support (PC, server, network).
• Very good English and Polish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge and support experience with Windows-based client systems.
• Experience supporting Android-based mobile devices.
• Basic knowledge in supporting Windows-based servers, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP networks, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting and servicing PCs, printers, and other office technology products.
• Knowledge/experience with OT and digitalized production methods is a benefit.
• Experience or knowledge with Mac-based systems is a benefit.
• Powershell scripting or other structured programming language knowledge is a benefit.
• Customer-driven, service-oriented attitude and personality.
• Ability to stay focused and multitask with a strong interest in technology.
• Proactive and capable of working independently and as part of the existing EMEA Service team.
• Work experience from an international company is a benefit.
• Driver’s license for car required.

• Provide user and client computer support through a ticketing system for locations across the EMEA region and beyond, delivering both on-site and remote assistance in line with defined SLA and company policies.
• Deploy approved software and hardware to users according to company IT policies.
• Support OT-related tasks in production sites.
• Participate in global technical IT projects and teams.
• Undertake shorter business travels as required.
