Data Engineer

As part of the Reply group, Data Reply offers a wide range of services that support customers in becoming data driven. They focus on the development of data platforms, machine learning solutions, and streaming applications that are automated, efficient, and scalable without compromising IT security.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with Spark and big-data frameworks.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits to the Katowice office once per month.
• Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon.

• Design and implement batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Integrate data from databases, APIs, and event streams.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts.
• Support deployment and operation of data solutions.

Openness to hybrid work with regular visits to the Katowice office once per month and willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon.
