Wymagania

  • Hands‑on experience in IT operations or application support in an enterprise environment
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Service Request Management)
  • Strong SQL skills for analysis and diagnostics
  • Experience with middleware and system integrations nice to have
  • Initial leadership or coordination experience
  • Confidence working in an incident‑driven production environment
  • Proficiency in Hindi and good understanding of Indian culture
  • Very good communication skills in English

Obowiązki

  • Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests in line with ITIL practices
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive long‑term production stability
  • Provide operational support for Oracle CRM environments
  • Use SQL for diagnostics, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Participate in patching, upgrades, and maintenance windows
  • Support service transition activities at an initial level
  • Coordinate daily work with offshore teams, especially teams based in India
  • Support knowledge sharing and development of less experienced team members
