Supply Chain Planning Systems Consultant (SQL / Data Analysis / OMP Platform)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Systems Consultant to join an international team delivering modern supply chain planning solutions for global clients. This is a hybrid technical-consulting role combining data analysis, configuration, basic programming, and business processes within the supply chain domain.

You will participate in projects focused on demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and optimization processes using advanced planning tools and technologies.

The role is ideal for candidates who want to develop both technical and consulting competencies in an international environment.

A structured 3-month onboarding program is provided, covering supply chain fundamentals, SQL, data modelling, OMP tools, OPAL programming basics, onboarding project work, and preparation for OMP certification.

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Basic programming skills and willingness to learn new technologies / languages
• English level B2+ minimum (C1 preferred)
• Strong motivation to develop in a technical and consulting career path

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes
• Knowledge of planning systems such as SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA, OMP
• Familiarity with data modelling concepts
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Analyze client business requirements related to supply chain planning processes
• Support design and configuration of planning solutions
• Work with data models, datasets, and optimization logic
• Create configurations and develop code in the internal OMP / OPAL language
• Participate in implementation and improvement projects for planning systems
• Cooperate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Provide client support during workshops, meetings, and project activities
• Approximately 30% client-facing work (mainly remote, occasional business travel possible)
