• Relevant project and operational experience in the SAP environment
• Good knowledge of processes, mechanisms, data models, and function modules provided by SAP IM/LE (inbound, outbound, warehouse, and related customs topics)
• Proven experience in SAP customizing
• Completed studies (university/college) in (business) informatics or comparable practical experience
• High initiative and assertiveness, strong teamwork skills, cross-functional task and process-oriented thinking and acting, as well as analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work across time zones (support entities from multiple continents)
• Excellent communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in debugging ABAP programs
• Familiarity with SAP interface technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, and RFC
• German language skills

• Providing user support for the Logistics solution on SAP S4HANA with focus on inbound, outbound, warehouse, and related customs topics including interfaces to PUR, WM, and GTS
• Participating in global digitization projects, driving innovation, standardization, and process improvement
• Analyzing requirements and configuring standard functionalities in locally used SAP modules and products
• Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions
• Working closely with the SAP development team to implement technical concepts and customizations
• Providing 2nd Level User Support for SAP FI/CO as a substitute
