SAP CS/PS Global Consultant (W/M)

The Polish branch in Tajęcina near Rzeszow is part of the entire value chain, from engineering and technology (production engineering, design, analysis, project management, materials engineering) to production, assembly, and repair. • Proven experience in SAP projects, with specific expertise in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
• Strong knowledge of SAP functionalities and customization options in CS
• Good knowledge of processes, mechanisms, data models and function modules provided by SAP
• Proven experience in SAP customizing
• Completed studies (university/college) in (business) informatics or comparable practical experience
• High initiative and assertiveness, strong teamwork skills, cross-functional task and process-oriented thinking and acting, as well as analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work across time zones (support entities from multiple continents)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

• Additional expertise in Production Planning and Control
• Additional knowledge of PS
• Experience in debugging ABAP programs
• Familiarity with SAP interface technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, and RFC
• German language skills

• Implementation of Change Requests (Requirement identification, customizing, documentation) mainly in SAP S4 CS/PS
• Participate in global digitization projects, driving innovation, standardization, and process improvement
• Provide guidance to departments on system selection and process design
• Provide second level user and system support for relevant products and modules
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions
• Work closely with the SAP development team to implement technical concepts and customizations
