Java Fullstack Developer

• Strong hands-on expertise with Java 21, Spring Boot 3.x, JUnit.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, microservices, and React JS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, messaging systems (MQ/Solace).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Redis, and application security best practices.
• Exposure to observability and DevOps tools: Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Jenkins, Ansible.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across distributed teams.
• Customer-focused mindset and accountability for results.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python, workflow engines (e.g., Activiti), automation testing (Selenium, Serenity).
• Experience supporting workflow-based applications.

• Deliver application enhancements and ongoing support within a global engineering team.
• Partner with business stakeholders to plan and meet delivery milestones.
• Resolve critical incidents promptly, ensuring service continuity.
• Manage end-to-end production support activities (requests, tickets, ad-hoc queries).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for optimal usability.
• Maintain documentation, technical guidelines, and process artefacts.
• Contribute across multiple streams (DevOps, BA, testing) in an Agile environment.
