Tester Java Engineer

For our client, a company providing access control management solutions, we realize a recruitment process for Tester Java Engineer role.

• Higher education level within IT or related area preferred
• At least 4 years of experience as Software Tester
• Good experience with testing using Java and Playwright
• Experience testing REST APIs and knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman
• Working with CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter
• Basic awareness of software security threats (e.g., familiar with OWASP TOP 10)
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments

• Creating and executing tests for new features and reporting found defects in ticketing system
• Maintaining in healthy condition automated and manual test scenarios
• Troubleshooting reported issues individually and together with the Team
• Contribution in testing strategy implementation and improvements
• Writing and improving the test codebase
• Participating in system design discussions
• Contributing to a solid and reliable architecture
• Setting-up work standards
• Contributing as an active member in a development team
