SAP Successfactors Employee Central Lead Consultant

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. They focus mainly on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP CPI, and SAP HCM.

• Be part of Shared Function collaborating closely with highly qualified HCM specialists working on a wide range of IT solutions including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end HR solutions integrating with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite (e.g., SAP ERP HCM, payroll, third-party platforms).
• Supervise integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems and provide support in this area (e.g., SAP CPI, API, middleware tools).
• Ensure solutions comply with performance, security, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
• Play a key role in supporting, stabilizing, and developing Employee Central solutions.
• Configure, build, test, and deploy Employee Central solutions including data models, workflows, business rules, and UI configurations.
• Lead and support system improvements, releases, and continuous enhancements based on business needs and SAP roadmap updates.
• Resolve complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Support data migration, data validation, and data quality initiatives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration options, integration points, and best practices.
